We believe food plays an important part in good health. Our menu is hand-selected with love featuring Vegetarian dishes thoughtfully created by our head chef Ana.
Creating a peaceful, wellness-focused environment in a fast-paced world. Connecting you to the freshest ingredients, meals which nourish and support our diverse natural resources and consumption needs. A variety of gluten-free and vegan options to delight the sense are prioritized.
Our cafe is located a few hundred meters back from the beach, incased in a white aesthetic with lush green plant accents. Featuring two iconic white igloo style seating areas, an open high up window seat for solo diners and street-front outdoor seating as well as a takeaway coffee window.

We love to drink coffee which is rich like a dessert without dark after taste of over-roasted beans from global coffee shops factories. We keep the coffee body smooth velvety with a taste profile of tangy apricot, sweet brown sugar, and chocolate almonds with origins in Tanzania, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Beans are carefully roasted to medium from local Paradox Coffee Roasters where you can touch the beans and be sure that your coffee experience will be perfect.
Enjoy one of the organic leaves or signature blends MAYDE TEA formulated by naturopath Kate Dalton in Byron Bay, hand-blended from certified organic ingredients.
We love colabs with local talents. We fell in love with our humble coffee mugs and our customers too. Each mug is skillfully handmade by artisans in small batches, resulting in one-of-a-kind pieces refined by simplicity and femininity. Driven by authenticity, Marloe Marloe’s modern interpretation of traditional wheel-throwing and slip-casting techniques has forged a distinct aesthetic with cult status. Thank you Marloe!

All drinks go through unique brewing process where spring water is filtered through positively-charged crystals over
24-hours to transfer their positive energy frequencies into each drink. Then it's lightly flavored using botanical extracts to provide further health benefits...and finally carbonated to add a bit of fizz to your lips.
